What for? "To see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God." (Psalm 14:2)
Many people judge God by themselves, and imagine that He is looking on man to discover imperfections.
One looks for what one wishes to find; and God does not desire to find evil. There is enough of evil; but God is certain to find all the good there is.
